"When I called Mayra was so patient. She helped me assess my situation. My Honda Civic is old (2002) but in perfect condition w/approx 150K only. She explained Liability, Comprehensive and Collision. Decided to drop Collision, then keep, then drop then talked w/Son and finally changed to keep. There was a lot to consider and she was a great guide! Now I'm all set for this year at least."
